Job Summary: Manage contracts, teams, and performance indicators to ensure quality and timely delivery, as well as develop technical proposals and work procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Development of proposals and procedures. **Responsibilities:** Ensure compliance with the technical requirements of contracts under your responsibility (technical scope, deadlines, resources, risks, safety, and quality), always pursuing continuous improvement. Manage work teams by allocating tasks according to project scope and team competencies, providing support during execution, monitoring results, and assisting in addressing potential difficulties; Develop and monitor service schedules; assess risks/impacts of service strategies; request and monitor resource and team mobilization; Keep senior management informed about contract progress; serve as liaison between suppliers and internal/external clients; Develop strategies for preventing and/or resolving contractual issues; manage performance indicators for contracts; plan, evaluate, and control resources for contracts; Develop productivity indices and technical service specifications, including their respective measurement criteria; Request and conduct necessary training for work teams; Provide technical input for the development, review, and implementation of company work procedures; Conduct technical site visits and prepare technical proposals; attend meetings as requested by the client. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, Surveying, or Technical Education in Construction, Roads, or related fields. * Valid driver's license (Class B) held for at least 2 years. * Knowledge of Surveying, Contract Management, People Management, and Quality Management.
