If so, this opportunity may be ideal for you! **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist in the development of hydrosanitary projects, supporting the engineering team from initial phases through to executive design. * Prepare, review, and update technical drawings and models in CAD and BIM. * Interpret technical guidelines, sketches, preliminary studies, and engineering team instructions, converting such information into floor plans, sections, construction details, schematics, and coordinated 3D models. * Support BIM modeling of hydrosanitary systems, adhering to internal standards, levels of detail, and industry best practices. * Support coordination of hydrosanitary projects with other disciplines (architecture, structural, electrical, fire protection, etc.), identifying interferences and making necessary adjustments. * Assist in organizing, controlling, and versioning files, models, and drawing sheets, ensuring graphical standardization, information consistency, and compliance with current technical standards. * Support verification of technical data, symbols, scales, annotations, and project revisions. * Assist in quantification surveys and preparation of materials for internal analysis, multidisciplinary coordination, and external approvals, as required. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed or currently pursuing a technical course in building construction. * Basic knowledge of residential hydrosanitary projects. * Knowledge of technical drawing and project reading. * Proficiency in CAD drafting tools. * Knowledge of project coordination. * Familiarity with hydrosanitary technical standards. * Proficiency in software such as Revit and QiBuilder. * Must reside in Belo Horizonte or its metropolitan area for on-site work.
