Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Manager to lead our new Chiquinho Sorvetes kiosk, ensuring excellent service, quality, and efficient operations. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction **Position: Kiosk Manager – Chiquinho Sorvetes (Shopping Só Marcas Outlet – Contagem/MG)** We are looking for a **Manager** to lead our new **Chiquinho Sorvetes** kiosk — one of Brazil's largest ice cream chains! If you are **proactive, organized, and enjoy leading teams**, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities:** Monitor and ensure Chiquinho Sorvetes service and quality standards; * Manage the customer service team (scheduling, training, and performance); * Manage inventory and orders; * Perform daily cash register opening and closing, and submit daily reports; * Drive sales results, achieve targets, and monitor operational KPIs; * Ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in **team leadership** (preferably in food service or retail); * Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, and commitment; * Proficiency in **store routines and basic financial controls**; * Availability to **work in a shopping mall** (6x1 rotating schedule); * Completed high school education (college degree is a plus). **We Offer:** * Salary: R$2.418,00 * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance: R$400,00 * Incentive Program * Training and direct support from the franchise. **Location:** Shopping Só Marcas Outlet – Contagem/MG **Opening soon!** We are assembling the team that will launch this new success story for the brand.
