Together, we lead the way in making mining and construction more sustainable. **Location**: Vespasiano, MG **Job Type**: This opportunity is for a hybrid position, with regular working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with up to 70% of time expected to be spent traveling to customer sites. **Mission**: Visit T&A – Tools & Attachments business area clients to evaluate the current performance of drilling tools used in various open-pit or underground equipment, proposing corrective actions to increase productivity and reduce costs. **Responsibilities**: * Identify the fleet of operating equipment; * Carry out assessments of operational capacity of equipment and personnel according to planning; * Conduct performance studies and gather information on products used by competitors at visited clients; * Perform product testing; * Manage T&A – Tools & Attachments training programs; * Conduct T&A warranty analyses; * Communicate with technicians from involved manufacturing plants; * Provide technical support and training to Distributors; * Propose operational and product changes to improve performance and reduce costs; * Suggest equipment setting adjustments to enhance performance; * Conduct technical visits to clients across all market segments; * Collect client production data – rock blasting planning, rock characteristics, drilling methods and parameters; * Execute the area's strategic planning for the year; * Pursue sales opportunities identified at client sites; * Create, update, and maintain reports with information gathered during client visits; * Perform other related duties; * Comply with the Integrated Management and Quality System policies and documents; * Understand and respect worksheets covering aspects, impacts, hazards, and risks; * Stay updated on procedures and instructions applicable to your routine. **Requirements**: * Higher education or technical degree in Mining or Mining Engineering; * Technical English proficiency; * Strong Excel skills; * Solid knowledge of rock drilling products; * Experience in the mining industry – preferably in an Applications Technician role; * Experience or current work in Underground Mining (Mine Operations / Control / etc.) with knowledge of Mining (Development, Production, Mine Infrastructure, etc.); * Knowledge of Surface and Underground Mining Methods; * Report development, strong writing skills, and familiarity with analysis using Office suite; **Your Profile**: * Strong interpersonal skills (friendly and good listener); * Willingness to accept challenges and goals; * Skilled negotiator, articulate with convincing arguments; * Ability to manage time and allocate resources effectively; * Helpful and team-oriented; * Disciplined and organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously; * Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and persistent; * Comfortable working in emergency situations and making decisions; * Proactive in solving problems analytically; * Careful in the use of materials, tools, and equipment; * Prioritizes personal and others' safety. **It all starts with people**.
