We are specialists in SaaS solutions for 24-hour vehicle assistance, operating nationwide with systems such as WebAssist (call center platform) and WebPrestador (field service provider mobile app). If you are someone who likes solving problems, teaching others, leading by example, and leaving both the codebase and the team better than you found them, this role is for you. **The challenge you’ll tackle** You will work directly on our core products: **WebAssist and WebPrestador**, participating in key technical decisions and contributing to the evolution of our technology stack. Your role will be critical in: * Evolving our solutions with clean, scalable, and well-tested code; * Participating in technical decisions and helping identify the best ways to deliver value; * Working side-by-side with product, design, backend, and frontend colleagues; * Contributing to process improvements and team-wide engineering best practices. We’re looking for a hands-on professional with practical experience who already delivers autonomously—but who also wants to go further. Someone curious, collaborative, who cares deeply about what they deliver, and who aims to grow into a technical reference within the team. **✨ What you’ll do in practice:** * Develop backend features in **PHP (Laravel)** with a focus on performance and security; * Design and integrate **RESTful APIs** with other systems and services; * Support maintenance and evolution of legacy code; * Participate in code reviews, technical ceremonies, and architectural discussions; * Work with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, jQuery, Vue.js); * Collaborate with the team on product decisions and continuous improvements. **?️ What we expect from you** * Solid hands-on experience with **PHP (Laravel)**, **MySQL**, and Git; * Practical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery; * Adherence to coding best practices: SOLID principles, Clean Code, MVC pattern; * Ability to understand problems, propose solutions, and work independently. **?
