Job Summary: Responsible for the quotation and procurement process of parts and services for maintenance, including verification of purchase requisitions, negotiation with suppliers, and issuance of purchase orders. We value inclusion in our workplace, and all candidates are evaluated based on education and technical qualifications. **\#SOMOSMILPLAN** **Supply Assistant** Responsible for the quotation and procurement process of parts and services related to equipment and tooling maintenance; **Description:** * Verify purchase requisitions received via Purchase Requests (PR) issued in TOTVS; * Send requisitions to suppliers, receive quotations, prepare quotation comparison sheets, and submit them for approval by responsible personnel; * Issue purchase orders and/or supply contracts; * Support supplier development, selection, qualification, and evaluation; * Assist in resolving supply-related non-conformities; **Education:** * Completed high school. **Knowledge:** * ERP System: Protheus * Microsoft Office suite Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's degree
