Job Summary:
A professional responsible for food preparation and plating, team supervision, inventory control, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

Prepare and plate menu items in the kitchen while adhering to company-established standards, cleanliness, and organization requirements.
Unit Manager: Supervise and perform tasks related to food preparation, cleaning, and maintenance of kitchen facilities;
Requisition replacement items and materials;
Monitor and evaluate team performance;
Serve as team leader in the kitchen and ensure implementation of company culture as explicitly stated in the Culture Code and Ethics Code;
Control, organize, and conduct inventory counts of food and kitchen utensils;
Supervise, monitor, and report on maintenance needs for kitchen tools, equipment, and infrastructure;
Complete and execute checklists for procedures, supplies, and quality;
Store supplies, identify and monitor appropriate temperature and energy levels for kitchen areas;
Clean and maintain kitchen facilities and existing equipment;
Prepare for the following day according to the established schedule;
Deliver prepared items to the distribution counter or storage area per procedures;
Collect and wash cutlery and utensils used in food preparation;
Clean the kitchen grease trap according to the scheduled plan;
Verify and complete quality checklists, always reporting daily occurrences to management;

Required: Completed High School Diploma
Desired:
Experience in food preparation in bars or restaurants
Minimum 6 months of verifiable experience in bars and restaurants
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM
Friday: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM
Saturday: 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM
Sunday: 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Days Off: One day per week and one Sunday per month
44 hours/week + Compensation OR Overtime Pay
DSR: Night shift allowance
CLT: BRL 2,200
Transportation Benefit or commuting allowance of BRL 300/month + Meal Voucher BRL 20/day + Health Insurance + Dental Insurance + Monthly Goal Achievement Bonuses
