Implement and optimize internal processes and controls **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate Controller's Office activities, ensuring the quality of financial and accounting information; * Prepare, consolidate, and analyze managerial and financial reports; * Conduct budgetary, cost, and operational performance analyses; * Support strategic planning and goal tracking; * Implement and optimize internal processes and controls; * Support internal and external audits; * Manage performance indicators (KPIs) and propose continuous improvements. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics; * Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Controller's Office; * Experience preparing and analyzing financial and managerial reports; * Experience in budgetary analysis and cost control; * Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, dashboards, indicators); * ERP system experience preferred (TOTVS, SAP, Mega, or Senior). * Desired skills: Leadership and team management ability; Analytical thinking and systemic vision; Organization and results orientation; Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
