**LASER CLADDING OPERATOR - MACHINE PARTS** **Job Description:** \+ Operate laser metal deposition (laser cladding) equipment. \+ Ensure process quality and operational safety. \+ Collaborate with technical programmers. \+ Maintain organization, attention to detail, and suggest continuous process improvements. **Requirements:** Completed technical education in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Automation. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field, preferably in metal coating or laser cladding processes. Knowledge of CNC machine operation. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Knowledge of metrology (measuring instruments). Industrial environment experience, with focus on operations and safety. Knowledge of metal coating processes (hot air, laser directed onto parts) is desirable.
