Job Summary: A professional responsible for producing patterns and molds in wood/PU resin, performing various machining and fitting operations, interpreting mechanical drawings, and applying technical knowledge in industrial environments. Key Highlights: 1. Wood and PU resin modeling for casting and machining. 2. Precision machining and fitting using conventional machines and hand tools. 3. Reading mechanical drawings and using measuring instruments. **Competencies** * Produce patterns from various materials according to customer specifications, adhering to technical standards and quality, safety, and sustainability requirements. * Create mold patterns in wood or PU resin using hand tools and/or machines, intended for casting, manufacturing, machining, and other related applications. * Perform machining and fitting operations manually and with machines, including benchwork activities. * Operate conventional machines (lathe and milling machine), performing adjustments using hand files and rotary files. * Carry out operations such as cleaning, polishing, grinding, roughing, boring, milling, turning, planing, threading, material bending, drilling, tool sharpening, sawing, carving, stamping, engraving, and component assembly, as required by technical specifications. * Read and interpret mechanical drawings, performing necessary calculations for part fabrication and fitting. * Apply knowledge of materials, hardness, standardization, and proper use of industrial tools and equipment. * Occasionally develop patterns, fixtures, and auxiliary tools. * Work with high precision, following internal instructions and supervisor guidance. **Requirements and ExperienceEducation** * Technical course in Toolmaking or related fields (e.g., Milling Operator, Lathe Operator, or Mechanical Fitter). **Experience** * Proven experience in wood and PU resin modeling (mandatory). * Desired experience in constructing fixtures, injection molds, and stamping tools. * Operation of conventional lathe and milling machine. * Performing adjustments using hand files and rotary files. * Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings. * Using various measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.). **Preference:** Professionals with experience in industrial automation environments. **Behavioral Competencies** * Attention to detail and high precision. * Organization and strict adherence to deadlines. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Proactivity in analyzing and solving problems. **Advantages** * Knowledge of CAD/CAM software. * Experience with ultrasonic molds or molds for industrial automation applications.
