Job Objective: Support the sales team in managing internal data and processes, ensuring CRM integrity, and proactively creating and executing marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and strengthen the brand in the industrial sector. * Key Responsibilities 1. Commercial Support (Backoffice): * CRM Management: Ensure all leads and opportunities are up to date (Pipeline and Forecast). * Proposal Support: Use AI tools to assist the sales team in formatting and reviewing technical and commercial proposals. * Reporting: Generate weekly sales performance indicators for pipeline meetings. * Internal Interface: Facilitate communication among Sales, Finance, and Engineering departments to expedite orders and deliveries. * Digital Prospecting (SDR): Identify new companies and decision-makers in strategic sectors (Oil & Gas, Sugarcane Energy) to feed the sales funnel. * Requirements and Skills Technical Profile: * Education: Pursuing or completed degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Engineering, or related fields. * Tools: Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel), and familiarity with design tools (Canva/Photoshop). * Strategic Advantage: Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini) for process automation. * Copywriting: Strong writing skills focused on persuasion and technical authority.
