Risk management—identify, analyze, and mitigate risks. Knowledge of PMBOK methodologies. Stakeholder management—communicate, align expectations, and manage interests. Cost control—monitor budget and perform forecasting. Quality management—ensure deliverables meet requirements. Proficiency in MS Project and Excel. Willingness to work in a hybrid model.
