





Responsibilities: * Conduct end-to-end selection processes (job posting, screening, interviews, feedback); * Work in partnership with operational leaders to understand hiring needs and desired profiles; * Use recruitment tools (Solides, LinkedIn, social media, talent databases); * Ensure process compliance with internal policies and labor legislation; * Prepare recruitment and selection performance reports. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields; * Previous experience in recruitment within industrial or high-volume environments; * Knowledge of competency-based interviews and screening tools; * Strong communication, organization, and sense of urgency; * Familiarity with Solides and LinkedIn tools is desirable; * Experience recruiting operational and technical profiles; * Availability for on-site work; * Location: Vespasiano - MG
