




Job Summary: Design and Marketing Internship, focused on creating endomarketing materials, social media design, and supporting the development of institutional materials, within a collaborative and ethical environment. Here, we seek individuals who share these principles and wish to grow with us—contributing to the development of our clients and our team. **Prerequisites:** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Graphic Design, Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, Multimedia Production, or related fields (preferably 3rd to 6th semester). **Responsibilities:** **Endomarketing Materials:** Updating assets for routines of the People & Management department and creating new assets to support endomarketing initiatives. **Social Media Design:** Creating and adapting graphics for Instagram (feed, stories, carousels, reels), LinkedIn, and Facebook, ensuring brand consistency. **Institutional Materials:** Supporting the development of commercial presentations (slides), e-books, catalogs, and infographics. **Short Video Editing:** Assisting with editing simple videos, institutional videos, or reels. **Brainstorming:** Actively participating in creative meetings and proposing new communication ideas. Basic/intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Preferred Qualifications: Video editing skills (Premiere/CapCut), familiarity with generative AI, and foundational knowledge of digital marketing.
