




Perform technical, analytical, and preventive management of employment termination processes, ensuring accurate calculation of termination payments, compliance with statutory deadlines, adherence to current labor legislation, and mitigation of labor-related risks. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage end-to-end employment termination processes, including terminations initiated by the company, by the employee, contract expiration, and termination of temporary contracts. * Calculate, verify, and validate termination payments, ensuring compliance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT), collective bargaining agreements, and internal policies. * Ensure compliance with the statutory deadline for payment of termination amounts (Article 477, §6º, CLT). * Issue and verify termination documentation, such as the Term of Termination of Employment Contract (TRCT), Release Receipt, payment confirmations, FGTS contribution forms (GRRF/FGTS Digital), and connectivity key, where applicable. * Record contract termination in internal systems, eSocial, FGTS Digital, and other ancillary obligations related to employee separation. * Provide technical guidance to departing employees, clearly explaining amounts, deadlines, and required documents, maintaining ethical conduct and clear communication. * Monitor and track statutory deductions (advances, absences, benefits, payroll-deducted loans), respecting legal limits. * Ensure correct calculation of accrued and proportional vacation pay, 13th salary, notice period, severance indemnities, and additional allowances, where applicable. * Prepare and maintain termination control records and managerial reports, including metrics on deadlines, amounts paid, and types of separation. * Monitor changes in labor legislation and collective bargaining agreements, ensuring continuous process updates. * Support junior analysts, acting as the **technical reference** on termination matters. **Required Technical Knowledge** * Labor legislation applicable to terminations (CLT, especially Article 477). * Labor Reform (Law No. 13,467/2017). * Collective bargaining agreements and conventions. * FGTS Digital, eSocial, and ancillary obligations. * Calculation of termination payments and related charges. * Basic knowledge of labor compliance and labor audits. * **Senior System** Minimum Education: Postgraduate Specialization/MBA * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
