Image preparation, file assembly, and equipment sanitation **Job Details** -------------------- **What are the departmental and role challenges:** This person will be responsible for serving Fleury Group customers. We seek someone who welcomes, listens to, and understands customer needs, prioritizing human-centered service while maintaining the quality and excellence we highly value. Responsible for patient reception and routing to examination rooms, providing guidance on procedures performed in ultrasound, MRI, CT, and imaging examinations. Completes and verifies forms, positions patients, sanitizes electrodes and cuffs, enters and prints examination reports and images for patient file assembly. **Main Responsibilities:** ✓ Route patients to examination rooms according to the appointment schedule, providing information and guidance about examination procedures; ✓ Prepare examination images, operate the system, and enter examination data as presented by the physician; ✓ Assemble the patient's file with results, attaching images and the signed report; ✓ Maintain equipment cleanliness, performing sanitation of ultrasound transducers, transporting them between examination rooms and utility rooms, and completing required documentation; ✓ Monitor pending issue reports and support solution identification, contacting customers when necessary; ✓ Confirm appointments with patients to maximize occupancy and optimize rescheduling; ✓ Procure necessary materials from the warehouse; upon receipt, verify and store received items. **We Are Looking For Someone With:** Completed High School education.
