Description

Job Summary: Professional responsible for organizing, storing, handling, and preserving volumes and documents, maintaining the integrity and organization of the warehouse. Key Highlights: 1. Organization and handling of volumes for storage and transportation 2. Preservation of the integrity of volumes and documents 3. Maintenance of warehouse hygiene and care for equipment Sort and prepare volumes for storage to identify retention categories; Inspect and organize stacking and/or placement of volumes in the storage area to maintain integrity and organization on pallets; Handle volumes between operational areas to direct them to their respective processes; Handle and load volumes onto transport vehicles to preserve their integrity and characteristics during transit; Retrieve volumes from storage shelves to fulfill service orders; Store volumes on storage shelves to ensure precise location when requested by customers; Consolidate documents identified as attachments to the original document to maintain completeness within a single box; Replace boxes to ensure documents remain properly stored and intact; Conduct inventory of boxes stored on shelves to verify whether volumes have been correctly installed and stored. Maintain warehouse hygiene and care for provided equipment to preserve and conserve company-provided resources; Comply with occupational safety and health regulations regarding the use of PPE; Perform driver assistant duties when required to support pickups and deliveries.
