Job Summary: A professional responsible for driving vehicles in the field to conduct Drive Test activities, collecting mobile network data (5G, 4G, 3G, 2G) and performing network functionality tests, following designated routes and procedures. Collaboration with the team to optimize routes and test results The role involves driving a vehicle in the field for Drive Test activities, including remote collection of mobile network data (5G, 4G, 3G, and 2G), targeted network functionality testing, and other field tasks as requested by the project. * Drive the vehicle along pre\-defined routes for data collection. * Operate Drive Test equipment according to technical team instructions. * Record basic information regarding routes, timings, and incidents. * Ensure traffic safety and vehicle maintenance. * Follow start-of-route and end-of-route procedures and checklists. * Report technical issues or route-related problems to the supervisor. * Collaborate with the team to optimize routes and test outcomes. Requirements: Mandatory Requirements: * Valid Category B driver's license without restrictive conditions. * Prior experience as a driver, delivery person, or in a similar role. * Solid understanding of defensive driving and compliance with traffic regulations. * Availability for travel, working on external routes, and across different regions. * Comfort using basic applications and electronic devices. * Organizational skills to adhere to defined routes, schedules, and procedures. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with Drive Test, telematics, or field data collection. * Advanced knowledge of navigation applications (e.g., Waze, Google Maps). * Experience working in technology, telecommunications, or logistics companies. * Completion of a defensive driving or traffic safety course.
