Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in HVAC construction execution for technical coordination and supervision, ensuring quality and compliance with regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Technically lead the execution of air conditioning and ventilation systems 2. Coordinate the execution of HVAC systems and supervise installations 3. Ensure compliance with NRs (Brazilian Regulatory Standards) and applicable technical standards Position Description We seek a professional with experience in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) construction execution to perform technical coordination and site supervision, ensuring quality, thermal performance, adherence to schedules, and compliance with technical standards. The professional will be responsible for technically leading the execution of air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, and exhaust systems, ensuring alignment with the execution project, contractual specifications, and regulatory requirements. Main Responsibilities Monitor and coordinate on-site HVAC system execution Supervise installation of chillers, VRF systems, fan coil units, split systems, air handling units (AHUs), and exhaust systems Ensure correct installation of ductwork, refrigerant piping, and hydraulic piping Inspect thermal insulation and technical finishing Monitor leak-tightness tests, pressurization tests, and commissioning Control physical construction schedule Perform technical measurements for billing Manage in-house and third-party teams Resolve on-site technical interferences Ensure compliance with NRs (Brazilian Regulatory Standards) and applicable technical standards Participate in technical meetings with clients and inspectors Mandatory Requirements Mechanical Engineering degree Proven experience in HVAC construction execution Ability to read and interpret air conditioning design drawings Knowledge of technical standards (ABNT, ASHRAE is a plus) Experience working on construction sites Preferred Qualifications Experience in hospital or industrial projects Knowledge of chilled water systems Experience in commissioning Experience in construction planning and control Proficiency in AutoCAD or BIM Minimum Education Level: Elementary School (1st level) Desired Education: Elementary School (1st level) * Transportation Allowance * Meal Voucher * Health Insurance * Group Life Insurance
