Activities: * Assist in managing the innovation project portfolio, monitoring progress, evolution, project intake and exit, as well as portfolio indicators; * Complete and update project information in initiative management tools; * Support interaction with startups, universities, research centers, technology suppliers, and innovation hubs, where applicable to portfolio projects; * Contribute to technical evaluation of new technologies, digital solutions, automation, electrification, and decarbonization applicable to mining; * Support the conduct and execution of all routine meetings for portfolio project management; * Contribute to prioritizing portfolio projects by analyzing synergy with the Future Mining Program guidelines and considering available budget; * Consolidate and report project tracking information, including projects nearing completion and implementation; * Support project maturity analysis for advancing to subsequent phases; * Support change management initiatives, including engagement of operational areas, communication, and preparation for solution adoption; * Act as a facilitator in integrating technical, operational, IT, procurement, and legal areas, reducing barriers to implementation; * Support dissemination of best practices, lessons learned, and success stories from the innovation portfolio; * Develop and maintain WBSs, schedules, milestones, governance frameworks, reporting, and management rituals, ensuring alignment between operational and corporate areas. * Build, integrate, and monitor action plans arising from performance analyses, and structure and lead matrix project management to the company; * Standardize methodologies, facilitate interfaces, identify risks, control deliverables, and provide continuous analytical support, ensuring predictability, discipline, and visibility into the execution of operational strategic plans and projects. Requirements: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and/or Production Engineering; * Active registration with CREA; * Experience in innovation project management, preferably in the mining sector. * Knowledge of management tools (SAP and MS Project). * Familiarity with or experience in ISO 14001: Environmental Management System (EMS) is desirable.
