For this reason, we pay close attention to welcoming professionals with diverse backgrounds and characteristics. **What Will Be Your Role?** **Project Management and Planning:** Manage executive architectural and complementary projects (structural, MEP, etc.), perform integration coordination, and define necessary technical solutions for execution. Define scope, schedule, budget, and required resources, including quotation and contracting of outsourced projects. Monitor deadlines and costs using the company's platform, ensuring execution within budget and scheduled time. **Coordination of Designers and Stakeholders:** Supervise and coordinate architects, engineers, technicians, and other contracted designers. Participate in meetings with partners, executives, suppliers, and stakeholders, presenting proposals, reports, and project progress updates. Mediate and resolve technical and operational conflicts during project development and execution. **Technical Oversight and Quality Control:** Conduct technical inspections and site visits to ensure compliance with design documents and technical standards. Ensure materials and services used meet established quality standards. Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project progress. **Documentation and Reporting:** Prepare reports, technical assessments, quantity takeoff spreadsheets, and other documents required for project execution. Develop and review BIM documentation (BEP, BIM Mandate, contractual BIM clauses, etc.). **Innovation and Continuous Improvement:** Research, evaluate, and implement new technologies and construction methods to optimize design processes.
