Job Summary: Senior Procurement Analyst to analyze requirements, manage RFI/RFP processes, negotiate with suppliers, and draft contractual documents. Key Highlights: 1. Acting as an interface among various corporate departments SENIOR PROCUREMENT ANALYST \- PCD **Key Responsibilities and Duties for this Opportunity:** * Analyze internal requirements, Terms of Reference, and technical specifications for procurement. * Conduct RFI and RFP processes with the market, ensuring technical and commercial alignment. * Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal cost, delivery schedule, and quality terms. * Evaluate global and unit cost compositions, ensuring compliance with technical and budgetary parameters. * Draft, review, and analyze contractual documents in collaboration with internal departments. * Define procurement strategies and obtain approvals from requesting departments and internal stakeholders. * Act as an interface among Project Management, Legal, Tax, Finance, Engineering, and other corporate departments to ensure smooth and accurate procurement processes. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Sciences, Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in civil works and infrastructure procurement. * Experience in procurement of projects, consulting services, and engineering technical studies (e.g., surveying, soil investigation, environmental impact assessment, land-related studies). * Familiarity with construction cost estimation is desirable. * Advanced knowledge of construction, cost composition analysis, and infrastructure project budgeting. * Knowledge of the construction industry and technical understanding of construction works (a plus). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with Strategic Sourcing methodologies and practices. * Prior experience in project management environments, contract analysis, and drafting. * Knowledge of tax legislation. **Location:** Belo Horizonte/MG (Candidates from MG, RJ, and SP are welcome).
