Conduct analyses and investigations of processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Collaborate with the engineering team to solve problems and implement technical solutions. Participate in testing and validation of new processes and products. Monitor and observe manufacturing process performance, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions. Previous experience as Engineering Assistant, Engineering Intern, Engineering Technician, or Technical Assistant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree required.
