Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring security systems, providing remote concierge services, authorizing access, and logging incidents, with occasional contact with residents and building managers. Key Highlights: 1. Camera and security system monitoring 2. Remote concierge service and access authorization 3. Incident logging and stakeholder communication **Main Responsibilities:** * Camera and security system monitoring * Remote condominium concierge service * Access authorization for residents, visitors, and service providers * Incident logging and movement tracking * Contact with residents and building managers as needed **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and professional demeanor * Proficiency in using computer systems and software * Availability for a **12x36 shift schedule** **Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM / 1-hour break** Compensation: starting from R$2.400,00 per month Work Location: On-site
