Qualify inbound leads (originating from marketing campaigns) and outbound leads by identifying their needs and pain points prior to handing them over to the account manager. Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with potential clients for the sales team. Maintain the CRM with accurate information regarding leads, opportunities, and interactions. Monitor pipeline, conversion, and response rate metrics to ensure achievement of targets. Collaborate closely with the marketing team and account managers to ensure a cohesive commercial process. Requirements: Technical or undergraduate degree (in progress or completed) in Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields. Experience in telephone and/or online sales, along with strong research and lead qualification skills. Basic knowledge of CAD/CAE/PLM systems. Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
