Develop new suppliers for material groups **JUNIOR PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST** **Job Description:** We are looking for a Junior Procurement Specialist to work at a company headquartered in Bento Gonçalves/RS. Employment is under the CLT regime, with a salary of R$ 3.800 + benefits. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 7:27 AM to 11:30 AM and from 1:15 PM to 6:00 PM. Responsibilities: Manage and replenish inventory for assigned material groups according to responsibility matrices; Negotiate and fulfill purchase requests generated and approved in the system by UOs TBL, BAL, BECONAL, and other affiliated entities per the responsibility matrix; Negotiate with assigned service and goods suppliers per the responsibility matrix; Adhere to material replenishment deadlines based on system-recorded lead times and internal customer requirements; Develop new suppliers for assigned material groups; Interact with external suppliers and internal customers; Perform follow-up on procurement of goods and services until order delivery to meet internal customer requests; Maintain organized files and documentation for timely provision upon request; Conduct ca **Requirements:** Completed high school education and/or ongoing undergraduate studies (Administration, Accounting, or Engineering); Proficiency in Excel; Basic knowledge of maintenance spare parts and various administrative materials; Basic familiarity with warehouse tasks and routines; Strong negotiation skills. **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma **Working Hours:** Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 7:27 AM to 11:30 AM and from 1:15 PM to 6:00 PM. **Benefits:** R$ 150.00 Alelo card; 60% health insurance coverage; Chartered transportation. *Apply via the Divulga Vagas portal!* Follow Divulga Vagas on Instagram: @divulgavagas.oficial
