In our PCP (Production Control and Planning) department, every decision matters. Here, you will have the opportunity to plan, coordinate, and optimize production processes, ensuring our footwear reaches the market with the expected quality and on schedule. If you are passionate about strategic planning, production control, and operational efficiency, this is where you belong! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor production processes (planned vs. actual), generating conclusive insights to support decision-making; * Schedule production of products or tooling, allocating resources according to defined plans and guidelines to meet demand and delivery deadlines; * Develop administrative controls for the process, collecting and consolidating information, organizing and communicating priorities in accordance with established timelines and routines; * Maintain the computerized system updated with relevant departmental information. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Production Management, or Engineering; * Proficiency in Excel; * Preferred: Experience in PCP. **Additional Information** Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM\.
