We eagerly await dedicated professionals who are passionate about what they do! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Obtain quotations and negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal conditions regarding price, quality, and delivery timelines; * Maintain up-to-date supplier records and periodically evaluate supplier performance; * Assist in identifying and developing new suppliers; * Support inventory control and material stock management, ensuring availability of necessary items for operations; * Conduct periodic inventories and reconcile identified discrepancies; * Prepare and maintain accurate records of purchasing and material control activities; * Assist in preparing procurement and inventory performance reports; * Support administrative tasks within the procurement department, including purchase order issuance and delivery tracking; * Maintain regular communication with suppliers and internal departments to ensure adherence to deadlines; * Assist in analyzing procurement and market data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improvements in procurement processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, or related fields. * **Mandatory:** Proven experience in this role. * **Mandatory:** Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). **Desired Competencies and Skills:** ------------------------------------------ * Basic knowledge of procurement and supplier management processes. * Familiarity with procurement management systems. * Understanding of inventory control and inventory management principles. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Negotiation and effective communication abilities. * Proficiency in working with numbers and quantitative analysis. * Proactivity and willingness to learn and grow within the field. **Additional Information** **All our job openings are also open to persons with disabilities (PwD).** We value diversity and believe inclusion is a fundamental pillar for building a fairer, more humane, and welcoming workplace for everyone.
