GC Seguros is a company specialized in insurance and asset protection solutions, offering a wide range of products to meet its customers' needs. **Responsibilities:** Customer service via omnichannel platform (WhatsApp and others), email, and telephone. Quote renewal portfolios and ensure proper follow-up. Analyze opportunities to offer new business to clients and perform other related duties. Position based in Caxias do Sul / RS.
