### **POSITION: CNC OPERATOR AND/OR PROGRAMMER – MACHINING** We are looking for a skilled professional, disciplined and curious-minded to work at a company specialized in machining services, fully focused on delivering exactly what the customer needs. * **Location:** Caxias do Sul/RS – near Shopping Iguatemi * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 4:48 PM (with possibility of overtime at the end of the shift or on Saturdays) * **Salary:** market-competitive \+ 20% hazard pay About the position: This is a role focused on **CNC lathe programming**, involving hands-on work on the shop floor with strong technical emphasis. The professional will be responsible for developing complete instruction lists (programs) for part production, demonstrating proficiency with **controls such as Fanuc and CNS.** Responsibilities: * Reading and interpreting mechanical technical drawings; * Operating and/or programming CNC lathes; * Part measurement and quality control (metrology); * Machine setup and preparation according to project requirements; * Collaboration with production facilitator and team members. **Requirements and Skills:** * Previous experience with CNC programs, preferably Fanuc, Siemens and MSC; * Basic knowledge of metrology; * Ability to read technical drawings; * More introverted, focused and disciplined profile; * Organized with attention to detail; * Commitment to deadlines and quality. **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Meal Allowance:** BRL 30.00/day. * **Transportation Voucher.** * **Health Plan:** Free Unimed after 3 months (dependents with co-payment). * On-site cafeteria.
