Growth opportunities within a fast-growing organization Work directly with our Chairman and Founder in Zurich as his trusted operational partner. **Your Role \& Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Work directly with the Chairman \& Founder as the key operational and organizational support in day\-to\-day business activities * Support operational, strategic, and organizational topics while actively contributing to prioritization and execution * Proactively plan, structure, and prioritize complex tasks and initiatives * Prepare presentations, reports, analyses, and decision\-making materials for executive leadership * Ensure deadlines are met and important topics are consistently followed through * Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across international teams * Structure, optimize, and improve internal processes and workflows * Support the preparation and execution of projects together with the Chairman in Zurich **Required Technical \& Professional Expertise** ------------------------------------------------ * Experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Manager, or in a similar operational role * Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a hands\-on mentality * High level of ownership and ability to independently drive topics forward * Excellent English skills; German is a strong plus * Confident with digital tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and ChatGPT * Reliable, discreet, pragmatic, and able to stay focused in a dynamic environment * Experience within Swiss Board / Executive environments is a plus, or willingness to quickly learn **How You Work** ---------------- * Proactive, structured, and solution\-oriented * Able to prioritize effectively and manage multiple topics simultaneously * Focused on execution and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks **Why This Role** ----------------- * Direct collaboration with the Founder and exposure to strategic decision\-making * High level of responsibility and entrepreneurial freedom * International environment with flexible working models * Growth opportunities within a fast\-growing organization
