




Job Summary: Responsible for hygiene, cleaning, and organization of environments and utensils, as well as assisting in food pre-preparation and ensuring food safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain hygiene and organization of the work environment. 2. Assist in meal preparation, following hygiene and safety standards. 3. Maintain kitchen equipment and utensils. Wash dishes, materials, equipment, and kitchen utensils according to daily, weekly, and monthly routine schedules; Set the table with plates, cutlery, and glasses for the following day; Clean the buffet daily; Clean work surfaces whenever necessary; Clean the kitchen and dining room floors; Clean external areas of the restaurant; Sanitize trash bins; Wash floor cloths, brooms, and mops, and ensure their proper maintenance; Wash food storage containers, materials, and utensils; Assist in food preparation activities, such as cutting, selecting, and pre-preparing food, following preparation methods including time, temperature, and hygiene and food safety standards; Attend meetings, training sessions, workshops, and capacity-building activities when required; Perform other duties compatible with the position upon request; and Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure a healthy setting conducive to efficient task execution.
