Requirements \* Completed high school education; \* Prior experience in reception, customer service, or similar roles; \* Strong verbal and written communication skills; \* Organizational skills and professional demeanor; \* Proficiency in using computers, WhatsApp, and internal systems; \* Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; \* Ability to interact effectively with people experiencing various emotional states (e.g., anxious, nervous, etc.).
