




Conduct online sales (B2C), meeting targets and adhering to pricing guidelines; Handle leads via WhatsApp and e\-mail, negotiating and finalizing sales originating from the website, social media, and Ads campaigns; Build and maintain customer relationships throughout the entire purchasing journey; Make strategic calls for cart recovery, customer reactivation, repurchase, and relationship management; Monitor orders until delivery, including support with tracking and shipping; Report customer feedback to the product development department; Receive, register, and track orders on the e\-commerce platform; Update and manage the CRM, optimizing sales funnels; Register sales orders in the ERP system and resolve issues when necessary; Record promotional and institutional videos to support sales strategies; Suggest and assist in promotional campaigns and commercial strategies. Requirements: Ongoing higher education in related fields; Experience in online sales; Basic proficiency in Power BI.
