Instructional Design (a plus). * Professional Experience: Prior experience in the Financial Market or Corporate Education is desirable but not mandatory. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** * Ensure technical excellence among consultants executing the Customer Journey, contributing to the quality of investment strategy pitches and reducing the number of clients who fail to adopt CDV strategies. * Directly lead team development and training—participating in Q&As, reviewing pitches in the Planner Formation Program (PFP) track, and designing, delivering, and measuring the impact of learning exercises, simulations, and new training models. * Organize, update, and maintain essential operational documentation and support materials (e.g., Advisor Bible, playbooks, and guides), and coordinate the scheduling of training sessions. * Rapidly diagnose technical and behavioral gaps within the team to design high-impact training initiatives, and interpret performance metrics and KPIs to recommend operational adjustments.
