The executive project analyst plays a key role in identifying and resolving conflicts across all disciplines, ensuring project quality and feasibility.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Project analysis and coordination, identifying and resolving conflicts among all disciplines;
* Process management and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment between project development and on-site execution;
* Interface with third parties and designers, ensuring project compliance;
* Develop project schedules and monitor their progress;
* Prepare, read, and monitor project schedules;
* Plan and control deadlines, inter-disciplinary interfaces, and delivery milestones;
* Serve as a reference for interns and assistants in the project coordination area.
**Requirements:**
* Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and Urban Planning;
* Microsoft Office suite;
* Prevision;
* MS Project;
* Knowledge of standards related to hydraulic and sanitary, electrical, fire protection (PPCI), and gas installation projects is desirable;
* Familiarity with Performance Standard (NBR 15575\) is desirable;
* Archicad;
* AutoCAD;
* Willingness to travel;
* Driver's license category B;
* Strong communication and organizational skills;
* Team spirit and proactivity.
