Join our \#TimedeAÇO. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct regular equipment inspections to identify potential issues; * Respond to emergency calls to resolve electrical and mechanical problems affecting production; * Perform scheduled maintenance routines to prevent failures; * Carry out tests and adjustments on equipment to ensure safe and proper operation; * Replace and repair damaged or worn-out electrical and mechanical components; * Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment; * Read and interpret diagrams to diagnose issues and perform maintenance; * Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities performed, including reports on identified issues and applied solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Electromechanical or Electrical Engineering Technician program; * Proficiency in electrical control and power systems, and infrastructure electrical installations (e.g., cable tray assembly, conduit installation, panel assembly); * Basic knowledge of analog and digital electronics; * Basic knowledge of PLCs (Siemens and Rockwell), inverters, and soft starters — maintenance and programming (Siemens and WEG); * Dimensional metrology; * Intermediate knowledge of industrial pneumatics and hydraulics; * Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams, and produce sketches; * Perform welding using shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) for minor repairs; * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * SAP knowledge is a plus. **Additional Information** WHAT DO WE OFFER? * A multinational company with over 80 years in the market and a benchmark in the steel industry; * A highly learning-oriented environment with technical training programs; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance / Shuttle service; * 50% reimbursement for medications + health insurance with co-payment + dental care — extended to first-degree dependents; * Market-competitive remuneration; * Profit-sharing plan (PLR) tied to collective goals; * Private pension plan — because we care about your future; * Food allowance; * Uniform (for operational areas) with in-house laundry — per company policy; * 6-month maternity leave + childcare allowance (for children up to 3 years old).
