Job Summary:
A professional to prepare meals under nutritional guidance, perform food pre-preparation and cooking, and ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety.

* Prepare meals according to the menu designed by the nutritionist, accommodating specific diets (standard, soft, pureed, liquid, etc.);
* Perform food pre-preparation and cooking, observing proper handling and storage techniques;
* Follow nutritional guidelines regarding portion sizes, consistency, and dietary restrictions for elderly individuals;
* Maintain hygiene of the kitchen, utensils, equipment, and work environment;
* Monitor food inventory levels and report replenishment needs;
* Minimize waste and record clean leftovers and disposals;
* Ensure all meals are served at scheduled times;
* Properly wear uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE);
* Collaborate as part of a team, maintaining good relationships with colleagues and other departments;
* Comply with internal institutional policies and food safety procedures established by health surveillance authorities;
* Working hours: 07:00–13:15 or 13:00–19:15, Monday to Friday, plus 12-hour weekend shifts from 07:00 to 19:00.
Employment Type: Permanent CLT
Salary: R$2.307,00 – R$2.600,00 per month
