Broad range of operational responsibilities in the store About the Company: Grupo Pereira is seeking a Store Operator to join our team. If you are dynamic, courteous, proactive, and responsible, we have an opportunity for you to develop your skills and advance professionally. Requirements: Contribute to store customer satisfaction through excellent service and assistance with their needs; * Perform defined routine tasks, such as: restocking the full product mix, pricing, cleaning and organizing sales areas and the warehouse, as well as assisting with flyer verification, receiving goods, returning products, and disposing of damaged items, among others; * Contribute to product quality and reduction of losses and discrepancies by ensuring proper storage in the warehouse and on shelves, and by verifying expiry dates according to the FIFO (First In, First Out) rotation principle; * Assist in store inventory and assortment control by monitoring shelf stock levels and replenishing as needed, as well as tracking inventory via the RUB system; * Assist in managing promoter visits to the company by recording their entry and exit using the RUB system and guiding them regarding merchandise restocking; * Support store logistics by unloading and storing received goods; * Assist with front-counter routines, such as: operating the cash register, packing goods, organizing the area, and serving customers, among others.
