We are looking for an **Accounting Analyst** to lead the **structuring, implementation, and consolidation of the accounting function**, ensuring reliable, auditable, and fully compliant information per accounting and tax standards. If you possess strong analytical skills, technical acumen, and wish to join a growing, transformative company, True may be your next challenge. **Come structure, consolidate, and grow with True.** **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform accounting reconciliations and detailed technical analysis of trial balances, balance sheet accounts, and income statement accounts, identifying discrepancies, risks, and improvement opportunities; Execute monthly accounting closing under the Real Profit regime, including accounting calculation of IRPJ and CSLL; Maintain constant interface with Tax, Payroll, Procurement, Inventory, and Fixed Assets departments to ensure data integrity; Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity, and Notes to Financial Statements); Establish, review, and reverse accounting provisions (contingencies, loss provisions, etc.); Prepare, validate, and submit ancillary obligations (ECD and ECF), ensuring audit trails and reconciliations with the general ledger and auxiliary ledgers; Adhere to and oversee the accounting closing schedule, suggesting process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, compliance, and information quality; Support the structuring of accounting processes, routines, and controls, ensuring scalability, traceability, and alignment with best practices; Respond to audit requests by providing required information. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences; Active CRC registration; Solid experience in corporate and tax accounting for Real Profit regime companies; Advanced Excel proficiency; Experience with auditable accounting closing and ancillary obligations (ECD and ECF); Strong analytical capability with critical thinking for strategic analysis; Experience in process structuring and cross-departmental collaboration; Familiarity with Sankhya ERP will be considered a plus. **Additional Information** **TRUE BENEFITS** Health Insurance – Unimed Dental Insurance – Unimed Meal or Food Allowance Transportation Allowance (optional Fuel Allowance) Life Insurance SESC Membership Equipped cafeteria for meals Lounge area with games and rest space Birthday Day Off Nutritionist Support True Product Discounts True Fitness Daily True Whey True Gift Culture Voucher Year-End Bonus To improve your in-office workday: Morning fruit table.
