We look forward to meeting dedicated professionals who are passionate about what they do! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Document Organization: Assist in organizing and archiving occupational safety-related documents, such as training records, occupational medical examinations, technical reports, and other documents required by regulatory standards. * Support in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Management: Manage PPE distribution, receipt, and inventory, ensuring employees receive appropriate equipment for performing their duties. * Training Support: Assist in organizing occupational safety training sessions and lectures, tracking attendance and recording relevant information about conducted trainings. * Health and Safety Record Management: Monitor documentation related to periodic and admission medical examinations, archiving results and updating records as necessary. * Administrative Reporting: Support the preparation of occupational health and safety reports, gathering data and organizing information clearly and objectively. * Inspection Support: Accompany occupational safety inspections conducted on company premises, assisting with visit documentation and report completion. * Internal Communication: Assist in internal communication regarding safety rules and procedures, promoting awareness and adherence to safety policies among employees. * Legal Documentation Control: Support the organization and control of legal and regulatory documents in the safety area, such as NRs (Normative Rules), internal regulations, and audit documents. * Administrative Task Support: Address administrative requests from the occupational safety team, organizing schedules and announcements, and assisting with maintenance and workplace adaptation requests. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Completed high school or currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Occupational Safety, or related fields. * **Mandatory:** Proven experience in this role. **Additional Information** **All our positions are also open to persons with disabilities (PCDs).** We value diversity and believe inclusion is a fundamental pillar for building a fairer, more humane, and welcoming workplace for everyone.
