Perform operational support activities at self-service terminals (ATMs) to ensure agile and efficient service delivery, effective business execution, and achievement of established goals. **Responsibilities and Duties** Support and guide members and other customers to the appropriate business platform—self-service, mobile, or cashier counters—based on their needs identified during direct contact, aiming to deliver faster service. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements: Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Entry-level professional experience in agency support activities or similar market experience.
