AFFIRMATIVE POSITION - AVAILABLE FOR PCD. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Rotating shift \| 44 hours per week **Level:** Not specified **Employment type:** Permanent – CLT * Coordinate departmental processes and teams to ensure the company's overall well-being, consistently meeting quality standards; * Responsible for coordinating the department’s organization and operation, ensuring execution in accordance with company procedures and standards; * Supervise the team according to the people management model and management approval, monitoring headcount and terminations, requests for position and salary adjustments, interviews, meetings, training sessions, performance evaluations, timekeeping, and application of disciplinary measures; * Coordinate the team’s customer service standards; * Monitor checklist completion; * Coordinate staff and customer evacuation in case of fire outbreaks, assisting the fire brigade in operating equipment; * Oversee the assets and loss prevention department’s operations, completing checklists and implementing necessary preventive and corrective actions; * Assist with other department/store activities as needed and upon leadership request. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education and an updated security guard course; * Preferred: Completed bachelor’s degree; * Prior experience in security and leadership roles; * Clear communication skills and interpersonal relationship abilities; * **AFFIRMATIVE POSITION \- AVAILABLE FOR PCD.** **Workplace:** Sinop/MT **Benefits:** On-site snacks, Health Insurance, Performance Bonus, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher
