Assistance in the reception of third-party seed shipments **Position \- Research and Development** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Support the development of experiments with a "multi-crop" vision to deliver integrated and customized solutions to the company’s technical-commercial department and farmers; opportunity to interact with researchers and the scientific community, validating regionally developed concepts and participating in the creation of new projects. **REQUIREMENTS:** Experience conducting experiments is desirable; undergraduate students majoring in Agronomy. **Position \- Seed Quality** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Work in the seed analysis laboratory routine, focusing on soybean and corn crops; perform germination and vigor tests according to official methodologies and internal procedures; participate in all stages of the process—from sample receipt and verification, test preparation and setup, to result evaluation and interpretation; conduct seed sampling following established technical standards and criteria. **REQUIREMENTS:** Basic computer skills, especially Excel; ability to follow standards, procedures, and laboratory routines; interest in seeds and quality control. **Position \- Seed and TSI Distribution Center** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Assist in the reception of third-party seed shipments; monitor invoice physical verifications; inspect incoming shipments for infestation; be introduced to batch sampling procedures; extract and analyze inventory, order portfolio, and sales reports; begin creating and updating the storage map; organize and control fiscal and operational documents; digitize, rename, and organize documents into specific folders; prepare material damage reports for received goods; implement and maintain organization and cleanliness practices (5S); prepare loading checklists; issue outgoing invoices; assist in and monitor physical inventory counts; support internal and/or external audits, if applicable; prepare seed treatment orders; continue monitoring TSI processes; assist in picking and dispatching loading orders; provide general support in quality control and logistics processes; monitor field quality complaint handling; consolidate activities with focus on supervised autonomy; finalize documentation tasks and prepare the internship report. **REQUIREMENTS:** Proficiency in Excel **Additional Information:** VA or VR Card: R$310.50 Transportation Allowance (no employee deduction); Life Insurance; Internship stipend: R$ 1\.500 per month.
