Ensure the quality of stored products and comply with operational standards About the Job **Job Mission:** Responsible for receiving, processing, drying, and storing products to ensure product quality and adherence to company-established standards at the assigned branch. **Job Responsibilities:** * Operate machinery and equipment during grain receiving, processing, drying, and storage to store received grain according to required quality standards. * Report any information inconsistent with regulations and procedures to the immediate supervisor to achieve optimal work delivery and ensure the quality of stored products; * Follow all operational procedures and standards established by the supervisor and the company to ensure the safety and quality for coworkers and drivers; * Contribute to rational consumption of firewood and electricity through equipment TAGs and their characteristics controlled via spreadsheets. * Assist in preventive maintenance and lubrication of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operational performance. * Clean and organize the workplace according to the cleaning schedule. * Perform other related duties. * Operate powered machinery (e.g., tractor, front-end loader). **Education:** Completed Elementary School **Technical Competencies:** **Desirable** ✅ Drying and Storage **Mandatory** ✅ Driver's License Category B
