Responsible for leading the SISE inspector team, ensuring compliance and quality in the inspection of animal-derived products, and managing animal welfare.

**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Schedule:** Rotating shift, 44 hours per week
**Level:** Not Specified
**Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT
* Lead the SISE inspector team (inspectors and supervisors responsible for Federal and Municipal Inspection of animal-derived products), organizing tasks, shifts, and priorities;
* Monitor slaughter operations from livestock reception through the slaughterhouse, controlling animal welfare and legal requirements;
* Ensure accurate completion and submission of reports, spreadsheets, and records required by legislation;
* Provide technical support to the Official Inspector (veterinarian) on operational matters;
* Monitor operational hygiene, carcass integrity, swine quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices;
* Address inspection non-conformities, guiding corrective actions with production teams;
* Train new inspectors and conduct periodic refresher training;
* Perform people management (feedback, disciplinary follow-up, workstation assignment).
**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education;
* Basic computer skills;
* Flexible availability for work schedule;
* Prior experience in this role is a plus.
