Job Summary: The professional will supervise field team services, guide the execution of routines, analyze operations and oversee schedules, as well as propose improvements and control employee attendance. Proposal of improvements and attendance control **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (2-hour lunch break) \| Saturday, 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM **Level:** Not Informed **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code * Supervise field teams' services for a specific department, in accordance with the contractual scope; * Guide routine execution and compliance with standards and service orders; * Analyze routine operations and supervise schedules; * Propose measures to simplify and improve routines; * Control team members' attendance and timekeeping records; * Receive documents and correspondence regarding monthly target closure; record employee output; prepare and correct spreadsheets containing service orders; * In addition to recording and output tracking for employees. **Requirements:** * Driver's License A/B; * Completed or currently pursuing a degree in Production Management, Business Administration, or related fields; * Willingness to travel; * Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience leading teams and operational experience in construction projects; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * **Additional Information:** Health insurance (70% company-funded); Meal allowance R$ 775.00 per month; Monthly profit-sharing (PL); * **AFFIRMATIVE ACTION POSITION \- AVAILABLE FOR PCD.** **Work Location:** Sinop/MT and surrounding region **Benefits:** Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Profit-Sharing (PLR), Meal Allowance
