**Position** Maintenance Assistant – Fire Detection and Alarm Systems **Required Education** * High school diploma completed * Technical course in progress or completed in **Electronics, Electrotechnics, Automation**, or related fields (preferred) * Basic courses in **Fire Detection and Alarm Systems** (an advantage) **Experience** * Prior experience is not mandatory * Preferred experience in: * Electrical or electronic maintenance * Technical installations * Construction sites or field services **Basic Knowledge Expected** * Basic electrical concepts * Basic electronics concepts * Basic knowledge of hand and power tools * Basic ability to read layouts and simple schematics (preferred) **Job Responsibilities** * Assist the responsible technician in **preventive and corrective maintenance** * Support installation, replacement, and cleaning of: * Detectors * Manual call points * Audiovisual notification appliances * Support functional testing of devices * Assist in cable routing, organization, and identification * Support organization of materials, tools, and equipment * Help complete **maintenance checklists and reports** * Comply with safety procedures and technical standards **Behavioral Competencies** * Willingness to learn and develop technical skills * Organization and responsibility * Punctuality and commitment * Good communication and teamwork * Attention to instructions from the responsible technician **Requirements** * Availability for external work * Availability for occasional travel * Good physical condition for field activities * Driver’s license category B (preferred) **Advantages** * NR-10 certification * NR-35 certification * Prior experience with electrical or electronic installations Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$1.600,00 – R$1.900,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
