Providing customer service, verifying requisitions/authorizations, personal identification documents, health insurance authorizations, and directing patients to sample collection. Handling telephone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails. Scheduling tests and advising patients on required preparations. Distributing collection containers for tests. Scheduling and verifying home-based sample collection appointments. Printing and delivering test results. Receiving payments for private consultations and issuing payment receipts. Preparing invoices, receipts, and other documents, and forwarding them to patients, companies, and responsible parties – Finance & Others. Requesting supplies from the warehouse department. Sending messages to partner companies.
