If this resonates with you and you’re interested in joining this team, this position is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform administrative and operational activities inherent to fuel distribution, aligned with the company’s internal instructions, guidelines, and standards. * Schedule vehicles via system according to demand planning; * Analyze planning tool (D\+7\), sales, and fuel inventory levels to meet sales requirements; * Validate scheduled volumes against vehicle requirements by coordinating with transporters based on the monthly transportation plan; * Contact transporters to source vehicles and resolve potential operational issues; * Monitor and track logistical cycles in real time; * Track daily execution of collection and transfer operations for base replenishment; * Identify and address operational deviations; * Manage electronic timekeeping based on routine management. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required:** * Completed High School education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Basic English. **Preferred:** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree; * Knowledge of Power BI. **Skills:** * Dynamism; Flexibility; Adaptability; Resilience; Sense of urgency; Interpersonal skills; Communication skills; Planning and organization. **Additional Information** We are one of Brazil’s largest fuel distributors, part of Glencore Group—a multinational and the world’s largest commodities trader and global leader in commodities.
